Welcome Cottage is an attractive sandstone block, stand-alone dwelling; owner built as special luxury self-contained accommodation, only for couples. Set peacefully amid 10 acres, the cottage is 3 km south of the Central West town of Parkes which is famous for The Dish and the annual Elvis Festival. Quiet .tranquil & private, but only 4 minutes to town.

A surprise package with rustic exterior and comfort within. The Saltbush Shed can accommodate a couple comfortably with room for a third in the lounge area. An en-suite bathroom leads off the double bedroom.
